  • Professional Tier: Access to advanced features, including basic scan tracking and customization options.
  • Professional Plus Tier: Includes all Professional Tier features plus detailed analytics, bulk QR code generation, and enhanced branding tools.
  • Payment Terms: All payments are non-refundable. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the Services to generate and track QR codes for lawful purposes.

Prohibited uses include:

  • Generating QR codes for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
  • Uploading or linking to malicious content, such as malware or phishing websites.
  • Violating intellectual property rights of others.

6. QR Code Analytics

  • Tracking Data: Professional and Professional Plus users can view scan data, including timestamps, device types, and locations (if available).
  • Privacy Compliance: We do not collect personally identifiable information from QR code scans. All tracking data is aggregated and anonymized.
  • You agree not to misuse or resell tracking data obtained through the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content generated through the Services (e.g., QR codes, designs) remains your property.
  • The QRTracker.io platform, including all software, graphics, and designs, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains our property.
